  • Promote physical and mental well-being among female athletes, including topics such as nutrition, injury prevention, mental health support, and sports psychology. Vendors will connect with attendees, offering insights and products to boost performance and well-being

  • Sharing personal stories, insights, and advice to inspire and motivate attendees to pursue their athletic and health goals

  • Recognize and celebrate the achievements of women in sports and wellness in our community

  • Give participants of all ages and skill levels, the opportunity to test their athletic abilities in a safe environment

65% of girls don’t like others watching them during sports, as it makes them feel self-conscious, vulnerable, and objectified.
