Anna Ballard
Anna Ballard has been practicing physical therapy in West Michigan for 10 years. She is the Pelvic Floor Program Director. Anna has completed all core coursework through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and has done extra training in bowel pathology, and pelvic pain.
In addition, she is trained in mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine through the McKenzie Institute, she has completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification, and is certified in LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s Disease and related neurological conditions. Anna treats men and women with pelvic pain, urinary urgency, leakage with activity, bowel dysfunction, abdominal pain, and all peripartum concerns.
The Center for Physical Rehabilitation offers a conservative, holistic approach to treating all pelvic health concerns. Our goal is to educate patients as to why they are experiencing symptoms and how to train and coordinate the entire body system to work together to alleviate future pain and discomfort.
